Please note you can make larger
portions, put in a canning jar & set aside in fridge for later in
day for a healthy snack or meal replacement.
2 Oranges
1 Grapefruit
1/2 Lemon, with the skin.
Peel the orange and grapefruit, leaving on as much white pith as possible.
Apple Cranberry Blast
4 Apples
1 cup cranberries (add more if you can handle it stronger)
Cranberries are very healthy. I will triple this recipe often.
Pomegranate Blast
5 Apples
1 Pomegrante (skin and all, cut to fit juicer)
This baby is loaded with Vitamin C and potassium. Add more or less apple to taste.
World Famous Lemonade
4 apples, 1/4 lemon with skin
I usually quadruple this recipe. Serve the juice over crushed ice or drink plain.
The Champ
8 carrots, 4 apples
Full of beta-carotene. In fact, when I come across really sweet carrots I don't even add the apples.
Mean Green Juice
6 Kale Leaves, 2 green apples, 1 peeled cucumber, 1/2 lemon, 4 stalks celery, 1 ginger root (thumbsize)
This green juice is one of my favorites. This will clean out your system and load you up with valuable nutrients.
Here is an Orange Julius recipe given to me from a friend:
"Dan.. here is my Orange Julius recipe. I have a Vita Mix so everything goes in and I drink it whole but I guess you could juice the oranges and add the rest..... I use a couple whole oranges (well, peel them), a couple spoonfuls of pineapple, a shot of lemon juice and a cup of organic almond milk .. and blend. It's really good!"
